We stopped using a return address in Slovakia, the Czech Republic and Hungary. Your customers can deliver the advertised or returned goods to one of our pick-up points with a specified e-shop ID, and the shipment will be sent back.

What does it mean for you?
From January 1, our system will automatically generate a label for the Best Delivery Solution to the address you are sending to.
Please, send your shipments to your customers’ address in Poland using Best Delivery Solution to ensure the fastest delivery.
Your customers will be properly informed about the selected carrier by email and SMS.
